Join our fast-track program, the JumpStart Academy, designed to identify and grow high-calibre insight professionals. You'll progress from entry-level to Senior Research Executive in under 2 years.

As a JumpStart Executive, you'll participate in our 'Trailblazer' cohort on our accelerator pathway. This engaging program combines learning and doing, spanning 2 years.
We have open positions across various teams (CPG, Cosmetics/Luxury Goods, Service, Media/Telecom, Opinion, etc.). Share your aspirations and interests.
What you can expect:
- A supportive manager and buddies throughout your journey

- Quarterly evaluations and feedback to ensure you meet performance-based promotions every 6-8 months
- Market Research Society (MRS) certification in Research Foundations
- Ongoing training modules to keep you developing and learning
- After 2 years, 1-month paid secondments are available to EU offices or local market teams/global innovation teams
- A hybrid WFH policy balancing flexibility, team bonding, and learning

Ideal candidate characteristics:
- A master's degree from a relevant university/school (e.g., Marketing/Business/Psychology/Economics/Communications)
- Strong command of English and Polish language, both written and verbal
- Experience with quantitative research methods as part of coursework/confident with data

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
