We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily flow of invoices, processing, categorizing, and distributing them using our system.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive vendor records in our database.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing and suggesting improvements to financial processes.
  • Support the finance team lead in incorporating new processes or tools into the accounting department.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and vendors to address issues.
  • Monitor and manage email inboxes related to finance.
  • Process bank statements and handle employee travel expenses.
  • Create and maintain vendor profiles.
  • Generate batches for supplier payments.
  • Control the general ledger account.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including closing the subledger and confirming intercompany balance.
  • Generate reports and conduct analyses related to financial matters.
About the Successful Applicant
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise and specialization in financial management.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach towards both the business and stakeholders.
  • Possess an analytical understanding of the financial subledger.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
