This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-volume, dynamic platform that requires stability and reliability. You will work closely with development teams, project stakeholders, managers, and end users to maintain high software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure non-production environments to ensure seamless development and testing processes.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery and high-quality software releases.
- Utilize tools and best practices to optimize deployment pipelines, ensuring fast, automated, and reliable delivery of business functionality.
- Identify and resolve issues within development environments to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and performance optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in application support ticket-based role
- Python programming language
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, such as Splunk
- Linux operating system
- IP networking fundamentals

- Ability to handle pressure during outages and systematically resolve issues
