Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at People Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, and providing expert advice on recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, agencies, and headhunters.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and headhunters.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices and selection tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate or actively participate in the organization of work fairs or brand events and promote the company in social media channels.
Requirements:
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment software.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
