Job Description

At RISK, we're looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical, marketing, and non-technical roles.
  • Solid experience working in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and X-ray search.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, especially SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
