Job Summary

The Customer Training and Development Specialist works collaboratively across the organization to design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the requirements of HireRight's external clients and end users. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to create effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver classroom and on-the-job training sessions to new and existing departmental staff, including precise demonstrations and hands-on guidance.
  • Design and Develop Learning Materials: Work with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, including user guides, instructional videos, and interactive modules.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Evaluate Training Programs: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement and iteration.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in training and development, curriculum design, or a related field.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, training development methodologies, and learning management systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity software; experience with learning management systems, such as OpTool or Salesforce.
