Role Summary

We are searching for a dedicated Training and Compliance Expert to support our HSE training efforts at TN Poland.

In this key role, you will assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the design and delivery of HSE training sessions, including Safe Talks and Face-to-Face training packages.
  2. Contribute to the creation and management of training content within the LMS.
  3. Support the administration and management of training schedules, enrollments, and reporting.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and support talent management initiatives.
  5. Conduct analysis and propose improvements to enhance training program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE, with a strong background in training development or facilitation.
  • Experience in creating and managing training materials across various formats.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data tracking/reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
