Accounting Professional with German Language Expertise

Qurate Retail Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Professional with German language expertise to join our team as a Junior AP Accountant. This role will be responsible for validating and processing incoming documents, researching invoice discrepancies, and supporting payment processes within our SAP system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Validating and processing different types of incoming documents (invoices, reports, bank statements) within SAP system
  • Researching less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
  • Supporting payment process by reviewing payment list
  • Performing activities related to the month-end closing
  • Acting as a point of contact for inquiries from vendors and other Teams
  • Liaising with other departments. Treasury, Procurement, Vendor Master Data
Requirements:
  • Very good command (at least B2 level) of German, English and Polish
  • Excellent communication and numeric skills, with good attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Educational background in finance or accounting-related fields and/or previous experience in finance would be a strong asset but it is not a must – you will receive full training which would be provided during the first weeks of work.
