Job Description

This Senior Finance and Accounting Process Specialist role involves managing client portfolios and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in French (level B2+).

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios as per Collection strategy
  • Communication: Contact clients via email and/or phone to obtain payment status information
  • Collaboration: Work with Account Managers and Project Managers on disputed invoices
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on collection activity and target realization status
Requirements
  • Finance & Accounting background an asset
  • University degree (preferably in Finance & Accounting, Economics area)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
