Your Key Accountabilities- Ensure the accuracy of received, scanned invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records through daily tasks of invoice and non-invoice related posting.
- Resolve any discrepancies by performing all tasks in workflows.
- Regularly manage suspense accounts to prevent delays.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in English language at B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with Basware software.
- Optional: French language skills.
- Expertise in Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Purchase To Pay process and its interdependencies.
- Experience working with SAP system.
