As an Invoice Management Associate, you will be responsible for validating and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily operations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our success, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Verifying and processing invoices according to established procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciliations
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of our Purchase To Pay process
You are a great fit if you possess:
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting and relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in English and familiarity with Basware
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of French as an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Purchase To Pay processes and their interdependencies
You will excel in this role if you also have:
  • Experience working with SAP systems and knowledge of E2E processes
