We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR administration, payroll, and data analysis, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Position:

  • Perform complex HR administration tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Provide expert advice on Polish labor law and payroll regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal and external requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the People Data and Payroll team to ensure seamless HR administration and payroll processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses to their concerns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to HR administration and payroll.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system integration.
  • Conduct research and stay current with changes in Polish labor law and payroll regulations.
