Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Support Representative German Key Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, advanced German language proficiency, and a strong background in customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders and inquiries, working closely with the Key Account Manager and Demand Planners to ensure customer requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Demand Planners to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise between the customer and Goodyear logistics execution to ensure seamless delivery planning.
  • Enter and process customer claims in the Quality Management module (QM) to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Advanced German and English language skills, both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in the automotive/industrial sector is a strong asset.
  • Strong user level in MS Office applications and relevant SAP transactions.
  • Ability to work in a team and support team goals.
