About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As a key member of our fund accounting team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to multiple small teams or one large team of accountants, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to accountants, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS rules and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with assigned clients, resolving escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.
  • Direct and prioritize processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate staff, maximizing their individual contribution and professional growth.
  • Evaluate and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Big accounting firm experience preferred.
