About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our team at THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and participating in inter-disciplinary portfolios of risk management and compliance initiatives that are critical to our global department's priorities and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into executable programs of delivery and provide leadership for related projects.
  • Fulfill governance requirements, including stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key documents.
  • Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders across the company to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of total work experience that demonstrates business execution and change management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Rigorous problem solver with ability to structure problems and bring together necessary facts to clarify paths forward/solutions.
  • Impactful and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms for a wide range of audiences.
  • Relationship builder who can operate in a standalone way and drive projects forward independently, while managing diverse stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
