About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as Vice President, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC I. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland, and is part of our Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a team of professionals, working directly with sub custodians and internal stakeholders. The team is responsible for opening and managing segregated accounts.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in account administration within the financial service industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of global custodian accounts and client onboarding
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with sub custodians and global financial markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to account administration and custody services.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement.
