About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Section Manager to lead our Cold End Engineering team. As a key member of our Group Technology department, you will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled engineers delivering automated solutions for formatting, packaging and palletising to ROCKWOOL's factory sites around the world.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering, and have experience in machine design and CAD systems. You will also have a proven track record of leading a team or department of specialists and be able to communicate expectations, priorities and strategic directions.
About the Team
Our Cold End Engineering team is responsible for designing and delivering equipment for production, material handling and storage used by our factories globally. The team is currently around 10 employees and is growing, so you can expect to expand your section and onboard new colleagues.
As Section Manager, you will be responsible for developing the equipment to improve performance and total cost of ownership together with your skilled team of mechanical, electrical and process engineers.
