Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with German language skills, you will support our Sales team by managing the customer backlog, starting with a clean order load.

  • Order to Invoice Process Management
  • Effective Communication with Customers, Suppliers, and delivering after-sales service for Business Customers via telephone and mail
  • Order Management and Coordination
  • Proactive Handling of all relevant backlog alerts
  • Responding to requested customer backlog changes

Closely cooperating with other departments like Sales, Assets, and Logistics, you will drive On-Time-Delivery performance and generate customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • German on C1 level + English on B2 level (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel a plus
  • Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales experience
  • Strong Accountability and Communication Skills
  • Customer-oriented Attitude
  • Team Player
