Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist with expertise in German language to join our finance organization in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Purchase Order Acknowledgment, creating Purchase Orders, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Purchase Order Acknowledgment and create Purchase Orders
  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and manage business queries
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned activities
  • Log-in and follow-up PRs that could not be converted to POs and released within agreed timeline
  • Coordinate Vendor Master Data process
  • Contribute to testing of process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous equivalent work experience in procurement operations is a benefit
  • Fluent English and German (both written and oral)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Coupa System, ServiceNow, and MS Office tools is an asset
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
