Logistics Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist with German language skills to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reviewing contracts, and processing customer returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review contracts and schedules, and enter them into the SAP system
- Accelerate or prioritize orders upon request
- Handle requests for quotations and process customer returns
- Investigate credit and debit inquiries, and issue credit/debit as needed
- Conduct regular reviews with your account base to discuss on-time delivery, backlog, and other support issues
- Review, act on, and issue all relevant order-related reports
- Address technical inquiries from customers by utilizing the intranet technical reference and providing alternative solutions using available resources
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language and ability to communicate in English
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Organized, independent, and proactive approach
- Problem-solving skills and negotiating skills are necessary to succeed
- Good team player and dedicated
- Service-minded and goal-oriented
