Job Description

We are looking for a People Lead to join our team in Customer Care. As a People Lead, you will empower and develop employees for self-responsibility and self-organization. You will support in the change process to grow into new roles by clear demarcation of responsibilities and close/transparent communication.

  • You will play a vital role in shaping the future international Customer Care matrix structure and make it successful.
  • Your disciplinary responsibility will be focused on local employees.

The role includes administrative activities and consideration of the employment law framework. If you have a passion for people management, like working in an international environment, and shaping the future of our company, this is the right place for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A commercial background with experience in people management and respective leadership skills.
  • Leadership skills including tools and methods like e.g. feedback and development discussions.
  • Proficiency to standardize HR-related procedures as a link between the HR function and international Customer Care Management.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Good people management skills, coaching, learning facilitator skills, and a performance-oriented people development mindset.
  • Communication, fluid/iterative, and transparent management skills.
  • A proven track record of working in an intercultural team setup.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
  • A positive and constructive approach to conflict resolution.
