We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Intern. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients via various communication channels. Your duties will include answering queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, Chat, and Web.
- Use Cloud Telephony with a dual Citrix setup to access client environments.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to service management principles.
- Identify call/ticket trends and escalate to L2/TL as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English and German.
- Be a student of last year's studies.
- Education in the IT field is preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively.
