Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of professional Insight & Data Analysts.
  • Supervise and conduct data-driven analyses and foster category excellence to support local teams in insights generation and interpretation needs (reported in PowerBI; PPT & XLS as addition).
  • Collaborate with central teams, local teams, and management representatives to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and drive the analytical process.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between business and tech teams by aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with local and central counterparts.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics/data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the consumer product industry is a plus.
  • First leadership experience will be an asset.
  • Some business travel in Europe will be required.
  • Good understanding of Power BI and database management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively work with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive and proactive attitude towards achieving results.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken); Polish is a plus.
