We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead our Digital Technology Department in developing and delivering consumer lifecycle solutions. This role will oversee the planning, agile realization, and continuous evolution of capabilities with end-to-end ownership within DIGITECH.

The Delivery Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between technical expertise and project delivery, particularly in the realm of eCommerce and mobile application development.

Main Objectives:

1. Consumer Lifecycle Solution Development:

  • Develop and deliver consumer lifecycle solutions, including age verification, consent handling, and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Manage B2B and B2C registration processes, including handling offline channels and integrating these with digital systems.
  • Integrate with third-party services such as OneTrust, identity verification services, consent management platforms, and other compliance or data privacy tools.

2. Technical Expertise:

  • Bring in-depth technical expertise in solution development.
  • Understand business requirements and transfer them into project deliverables.
  • Assess technical requirements when selecting new solutions (focused on mobile apps).
  • Ensure DIGITECH solutions align with the latest industry standards, technological trends, and best practices.

3. Compliance and Regulatory:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in consumer lifecycle solutions.
  • Manage B2B and B2C registration processes, including handling offline channels and integrating these with digital systems.
  • Integrate with third-party services such as OneTrust, identity verification services, consent management platforms, and other compliance or data privacy tools.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Lead large, cross-functional teams (15+ people).
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, leading large, cross-functional teams (15+ people).
  • 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Leadership Role (e.g., Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager).
  • Strong background in delivering consumer lifecycle solutions, including age verification, consent handling, and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proven experience with PHP-based technology stacks and their use in building scalable, high-performance consumer applications.
  • Extensive experience integrating with third-party services such as OneTrust, identity verification services, consent management platforms, and other compliance or data privacy tools is a plus.
  • Expertise in managing B2B and B2C registration processes, including handling offline channels and integrating these with digital systems to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Experience integrating with third-party applications that support offline channels like B2B registrations, in-store transactions, or call center interactions.
  • Strong experience in API integrations with third-party services that support offline channels (e.g., B2B registrations, in-store/point-of-sale integrations, call center tools).
  • Familiar with age verification tools, consent management platforms, and integration of data privacy technologies (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitOps) and their application to consumer lifecycle solutions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
