About the Role
The Order Handling team at HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. plays a crucial part in the timely fulfillment of orders as part of the product group strategy and transport contracts of the Hitachi Group. The team's responsibility is to enter orders, handle them, and supervise the fulfillment of contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Archiving and collecting a complete set of documentation related to orders
- Preparing dispatch documentation
- Generating and sending packaging labels for the packaging supplier
- Support in collecting and properly documenting WDT sales and export transactions for VAT purposes and timely transfer of documentation
- Support in other OH duties
About You
- You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later
- You have basic knowledge of Excel
- You can communicate effectively in English and Polish (B2)
- Ability to think analytically and quickly associate facts
- Good organization of own work
- Creativity
- Ability to work in a team
- You can work from our office in Łódź
