Order Management Specialist with German Language Skills

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Philips' Supply Chain organization, where you will play a key part in supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer orders, ensuring accurate and complete information until the order is ready for booking
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Proactively communicate with the sales organization to gather missing information and ensure timely handovers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP and other ERP systems to optimize order management processes
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of order management processes and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Proficient in German and English languages, with a strong ability to communicate complex information
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
