About the Job
  • Lead the establishment and growth of a new payroll processing hub in Krakow, Poland.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure seamless cooperation and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of payroll experience, including experience in European payroll operations, and a proven track record of setting up and managing teams or offices.
