We are seeking a highly skilled Site Activation Manager to join our team in Warsaw or Madrid.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and finalizing site agreements and budgets for medical device clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external healthcare institution staff to achieve this goal.



This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on-site at either the Warsaw or Madrid office of TN Poland. As a key member of the team, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing, negotiating, and finalizing site agreements and budgets for medical device clinical trials.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare institution staff to ensure smooth contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining regular communication with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts efficiently.
  • Ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks to expedite the planning, execution, and issue resolution of Site/Investigator agreements.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' industry experience managing clinical site contracts & budgets.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on preventing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Interpersonal skills, including being proactive, customer-focused, and an independent critical thinker.
  • Existing right to work in Europe is essential.
