CNE PSR Portfolio Activation Manager (f/m/x)

Location: Warsaw, city centre / hybrid work

Department: Marketing

* This is a maternity-cover contract for a definite period of time - end of 2026 *

Take part in shaping the future of the company with a time-limited assignment in a rapidly-developing team in the Brand Pet Owner department. A position that will allow you to pave your way into the marketing world with new experience and projects, where you'll be responsible for the development and deployment of the strategy on PSR ranges (pet specialistic stores), starting from the analysis to the development & execution of marketing activity plans in the markets across CNE.

This is the role of the individual contributor, with no team of direct reports.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  1. Defining the quantitative and qualitative objectives of growth per range in collaboration with the sales team regarding the strategic requirements;
  2. Developing and deploying a marketing plan and activity calendar for the markets regarding strategy, guidelines & customer needs;
  3. Being the project leader of new product launches: developing launch plan, briefing internal and external stakeholders, including logistics, design, communication, merchandising, promotions, and external agency when required;
  4. Ensuring appropriate allocation of A&P regarding strategy and management;
  5. Responsible for compromising budget, giving internal visibility on the required timing and definition of promotional plans;
  6. Evaluating the entire process of promotion across CNE, starting from planning, through logistic service, and market implementation to preparing an analysis of promo effectiveness;
  7. Coordinating availability of the promo products with the support of the logistics department;
  8. Co-creating the standards of promotion policy for the company through active participation in cross-pillar Promo Governance project;
  9. Playing a central role within the Portfolio Management Review (PMR), as the first step of S&OP Process;
  10. Looking for consistency between the Pillars and ensuring consistency on the brand regarding marketing levers (portfolio, promotion, pricing & communication);
  11. Post-analyzing every action implemented in the market to improve efficiency, including calculation of the ROI campaign.

What are we looking for?

  1. 5+ years experience in FMCG/consumer products with a strong Sales and Marketing background;
  2. Master's degree, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration or related;
  3. Proven experience in developing and managing a portfolio strategy that leads to creating clear portfolio communication and compelling activation plans;
  4. Business acumen with a good understanding of the sales cycle and broader business implications to make judgments and recommendations for action;
  5. Excellent ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are well informed, outcomes are effectively evaluated and key learnings are applied to future projects;
  6. Ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions and overcome objections demonstrating resilience & confident mindset;
  7. Strong numeracy and analytical skills and experience in applying a wide range of analytics;
  8. Proven ability to build strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders in a cross-functional environment;
  9. Can-do approach, pro-activity, and ability to drive actions and influence teams;
  10. Fluent communication in English, Polish would be a great benefit.
