The Senior Business Analyst role at Huuuge Games is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business needs are met through effective use of data, process improvements, and strategic planning.

Huuuge Games is an office-first company, embracing a hybrid model with 3 days a week in the office. We strive to bring fun and a truly social gaming experience to millions of players worldwide.

As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product.
  • Defining and building dashboards, reports, and analyses for different departments to help monitor game KPIs and understand connections between different KPIs and player or market behaviors.
  • Building prediction models and causal inference models that support long term growth and monetization.
  • Collaborating closely with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience as an analyst in data driven organizations, preferably in the gaming space.
  • A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or any related field.
  • Experience working with data science models, libraries, and tools such as NumPy, SciKit, Pandas, Keras, Tensorflow, SageMaker, Transformers, R, MatPlotLib, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python for data science purposes.
  • Strong literacy in statistics.
  • Experience building complex dashboards using Tableau or Metabase is a plus.
