Transform Our Account to Report Process

As the A2R Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our Account to Report process. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through the strategic use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply data-driven approaches to revolutionize the A2R process
  • Design and develop process monitoring dashboards and execution instruments
  • Develop KPI targets to prioritize and drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Benchmark our A2R performance against industry standards to identify opportunities
  • Lead change management activities for process and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with other finance functions to deliver operational excellence and quality service
  • Participate in global data analytics initiatives, identifying trends and process inefficiencies
Requirements:
  • Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge: A deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, combined with strong analytical skills, is essential to effectively drive process improvement
  • Proficiency in SAP and Process Performance Management: Experience working with SAP and a proven track record in process performance management will enable you to effectively optimize our A2R process
  • Project and Change Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading projects and driving change within an organization is crucial for this role
  • Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization is vital for implementing process improvements and driving change
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration is required to ensure a strong foundation in financial principles
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance project coordination, is necessary to bring valuable insights and expertise to the role
  • Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration within our global organization
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification: While not a mandatory requirement, a Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous in driving process improvement initiatives
  • ACCA or Similar Certification: Another advantageous qualification would be an ACCA or similar certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards and practices
