Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Sourcer. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for direct search for candidates through various methods and channels, actively building a database of candidates for current and future recruitment efforts.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, plus bonus incentives for successful hires. We offer flexible working hours (between 8-18) and remote work opportunities from the Polish territory, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and establish positive, long-term relationships with them.
  • Finding candidates for the most demanding positions in the IT area.
  • Taking full responsibility and ownership for conducted projects.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of one year's experience in IT Recruitment, with a strong network of contacts.The ability to find candidates for challenging IT positions.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
