Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect to join our team at ERGO Technology & Services. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow Architecture: Design and develop complex solutions based on the requirements of ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SecOps and other modules.
  • Customization and Integration: Estimate effort for all customizations, integrations, configurations and development work.
  • Technical Documentation: Ensure technical documentation and work instructions for day-to-day operations of new implementations, or their customizations and configurations, including effort estimation.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in IT or business information management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM and core ITOM applications.
  • Skills: Fluency in English, advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
