We're seeking a skilled HR Coordinator EMEA to join our dynamic team at JLL.

As an HR Coordinator EMEA, your primary focus will be on administrative tasks and supporting our HR department's daily activities. This includes:

• Onboarding new employees, ensuring seamless transitions into our organization

• Offboarding leavers, maintaining accurate records, and conducting exit interviews

• Scheduling candidate interviews, providing excellent communication with both internal stakeholders and external candidates

• Analytical and administrative support to the EMEA HR Team, including data reporting and audits

• Preparing HR-related reports, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements, and managing job ads across various platforms

You'll work closely with our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to ensure efficient processes, effective vendor management, and exceptional candidate experiences.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage data and create reports

• Strong organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, to effectively engage with colleagues, managers, and candidates

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

• Analytical skills, facilitating data-driven decision-making and process improvements

• Learning agility, embracing new challenges, and adapting to changing circumstances

• Familiarity with labor legislation and understanding of full-cycle recruiting
