We are seeking a talented Communication Manager to join our Electrification, BA Function Finance Comm on Services team in Krakow. The work model for the role is hybrid. In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in internal communications to drive business growth, enhance employee engagement, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Accountabilities

  • Build a strong internal communications network across FAO, collaborating closely with HR, IS, HSE, and other key departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively support FAO's mission, ensuring clear and engaging messaging across all internal platforms.
  • Create high-quality multimedia content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations, to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as town halls, staff events, and recognition programs, fostering a motivated and connected workforce.
  • Support change management efforts by crafting and executing communication strategies that facilitate smooth organizational transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage internal crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and transparent dissemination of critical information to employees.
  • Measure and analyze communication effectiveness, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in internal communication strategies.
