About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT ServiceNow Architect Specialist to join our team at Schenker Technology Center Warsaw. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to leverage your technical expertise and passion for IT service management.

The estimated salary for this position is €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an IT ServiceNow Architect Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective solutions that optimize value and reduce risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and supporting the solution and development of respective products
  • Creating architecture-compliant solution strategies for demands
  • Designing and analyzing technical, application, and technology architectures
  • Ensuring consistency and quality of respective products from a solution architecture perspective
  • Steering and monitoring implementation partners during the design and implementation phases

You will also be responsible for ensuring that expected application quality attribute levels are achieved, leading and delivering requirements, scoping, and design workshops, and acting as a quality gatekeeper to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 5 years of relevant technical and business experience in ITSM and HRM, as well as knowledge of service management processes in ServiceNow
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
  • Positive and integrative collaboration skills, establishing strong supportive relationships across all departments
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent English language skills
