  • As an Order Management Specialist with Spanish language skills, you will support all aspects of order entry and order management for sales and consignment orders received for assigned geographies. You will work closely with in-country Customer Service teams to ensure complete alignment on deliverables and customer communication. Taking ownership and driving for first-time resolution, you will ensure compliance with all policies and set gold standards for customer service processes. You will drive operational consistency within your team to deliver customer satisfaction and hold the team accountable for individual and team objectives.
  1. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  2. Support Order Management Team Lead to drive excellent operations and hold the team accountable for individual and team objectives.
  3. Coordinate the processing of all sales orders received immediately, utilizing the appropriate exception and communication processes when any issue is identified.
  4. Proactively monitor and contribute to order management accuracy and turnaround targets for the department to ensure they are met and exceeded.
  5. Support the day-to-day management and growing customer adoption of "Electronic Data Interchange" (EDI) by proactive support of the achievement of the "Perfect Order".
  6. Communicate regularly with in-market Customer Service teams and resolve issues with urgency.
  7. Meet company KPI targets related to order entry accuracy, EDI management, delivery cut-off times, invoice accuracy, and complaint resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Shared Services environment.
  • Must have: Spanish language skills on the level min. B2.
  • Nice to have: SAP expertise.
