Order Processing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Order Processing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring each stage is handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Review and Verification: Diligently assess all incoming orders to verify that they include the required documentation and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Order Entry and Auditing: Precisely enter validated orders into the assigned ERP system, ensuring that all key details, including products, quantities, pricing, and customer information, are correctly captured.
  • Order Resolution and Communication: Act as the primary contact for resolving order-related issues, working closely with the Sales team, Revenue Operations, and other departments to address and fix any discrepancies.
  • Order Queue Management: Consistently monitor order queues, identifying any delays or pending orders, and prioritize them based on urgency, value, or critical deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Holds a degree in Business, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Brings over two years of experience in areas like order management, sales operations, or sales finance.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced with order management systems, CRM, and ERP platforms. Excel proficiency is a must, along with a solid grasp of other MS Office tools.
  • Soft Skills: Known for being detail-focused, with strong analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities. A self-driven professional who thrives in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
