Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deploy Process Standards: Implement standardized processes for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and controlling across the organization.
  • End-to-End Business Process Design: Ensure the consistent and integrated design of end-to-end business processes for the Controlling function.
  • Process Reference Model and KPIs: Collaborate with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to complete the Process Reference Model and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Standardization and Migration: Support the GPO in standardizing and migrating Controlling activities into the Shared Service Center (SSC) scope.
  • Global Standard Template Enhancements and SAP Roll-out: Assist the GPO in enhancing the Global Standard Template for Controlling and participate in SAP roll-out activities globally.
  • Translation of Principles into IT Requirements: Translate principles, standards, and business rules into clear IT requirements.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Controlling domain and develop business cases to support implementation.
  • Global Business Role / Authorizations Management: Assign Business Roles / Authorizations to users and approve Workflows for role assignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Controlling / Corporate Controlling.
  • Strong understanding of SAP financial and controlling modules, with expertise in Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • End-to-End Impact Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the impacts on Finance and Controlling across end-to-end (E2E) processes.
  • SAP Knowledge: Proficient in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
