Business Transformation and Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation and Change Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and change initiatives across various departments.

Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business transformation strategies
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Implementing changes that drive growth and profitability

You will be responsible for maintaining a good working knowledge of the projects being managed globally, regionally, and locally. Additionally, you will support the transition of projects from project mode to 'business as usual', including the production of training materials, deployment of transition plans, and delivery of training.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in business transformation and change management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing organization. Requirements:

  • University degree in business, insurance, finance, economy, or management
  • Fluent Business English
  • Proven experience in insurance business and shared service environment
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and transition processes
  • Proven compelling leadership running large teams providing services to different customers
  • Team building skills and ability to coach, develop, set expectations, evaluate, and hold people accountable for delivering
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and establish credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group
  • Experience of working autonomously and driving initiatives to completion
  • Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment
  • Excellent people skills, communicative, and open to new challenges
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other commonly used software
