Account Delivery Manager

Our client, a leading independent IT and Finance and Accounting services company, is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance and accounting services delivery team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finance and accounting services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting services to ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Implement and drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage risks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting service delivery management, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
  • Experience in driving process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
