Key Account ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in Europe in the field of services such as waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and further processing of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers in Europe for services such as waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and further processing of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
  • Seeking, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and foreign partners.
  • Regular contact with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Safeguarding firm production orders and long-term contracts.
  • Preparing calculations and commercial offers based on customer technical documentation.
  • Providing raw materials for orders or contracts.
  • Technical and commercial consulting.
  • Arranging and negotiating contracts related to the performance of services.
  • Close cooperation with the technology department and planning department.
  • Market analysis and competitive analysis.
  • Preparing reports on the course of work performed.
  • Responsibility for the sales and commercial process.
  • Business trips within Europe.
  • Maintaining the good image of the company.
