About the Role:

Lime is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Associate to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our real estate team, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our industrial/flex real estate portfolio across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Real Estate team to develop and implement lease administration processes, ensuring compliance across all markets.
  • Manage and oversee the lease administration process for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate documentation, timely rent payments, and effective collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Maintain accurate lease records within the lease administration database, ensuring data integrity, updates, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare business cases to inform and advise senior leadership on important business decisions.
  • Develop and implement lease administration policies and procedures.
  • Determine success factors for operational teams and develop processes, guidelines, and playbooks to support them.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate project management experience, preferably in industrial/flex development and leasing.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple projects across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across internal and external organizations.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Software suite, Coupa, and Visual Lease software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or equivalent experience/certification.
