Sales Associate - LEGO Store Warszawa Arkadia

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences for LEGO fans of all ages?

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who can commit to part-time hours.

Deliver unforgettable experiences for our customers through direct interactions and play

• Greet customers warmly and provide inspiring experiences for customers of all ages.

• Identify individual needs, present offers, and highlight additional benefits of purchasing LEGO products.

• Collaborate with other sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service for LEGO customers.

• Work in accordance with company procedures and guidelines provided by your supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.

• Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to your supervisor.

• Adhere to health and safety procedures.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the next generation of builders?

• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

• Be an ambassador for the LEGO brand and its values.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills is a plus.

• Experience working with children is a plus.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Additional information:

This role requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. We're looking for a candidate who can commit to flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends. Please indicate your availability when applying.
