What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the quality and quantity of outputs from all assigned customer associates to achieve operational and project-specific targets.
  • Ensure customer associates develop the necessary specialist knowledge, communication skills, and process expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Control deployment times, including duty rosters and breaks, to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain productivity targets by achieving operational and project-specific key performance indicators.
  • Leadership of the Customer Associates:
  • Lead customer associates through regular meetings and follow-up sessions to monitor quality and quantity of work and adherence to required standards.
  • Conduct performance management and maintain adherence to required standards, processes, and workflows.
  • Foster a culture of quality assurance through follow-up and control.
  • Conduct employee reviews to assess performance and growth opportunities.
  • Project-Related Tasks:
  • Maintain project documentation and associated tools.
  • Plan and review training courses for customer associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Organize and implement team meetings and briefings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare required reports and presentations to support project objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • A strong command of German or French (C1+ level) is essential.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2/C1 level).
  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Service-oriented, appreciative, and respectful attitude.
  • Good understanding of relationships and strong relations-building skills.
  • Experience in a leadership role (Deputy Team Leader/Supervisor position).
  • Availability for 4 weeks of training abroad.
