Relationship-Driven Partnership Leader

In this role as Head of Partnerships, you'll play a critical part in shaping our partnership ecosystem. With thousands of affiliates and key integrations already in place, we're ready to take it to the next level. You'll lead two teams: Partnership Acquisition and Partnership Program, focusing on strategic partnerships that drive bigger deals and deeper integrations.
Key responsibilities include defining our partnership strategy, identifying target partners, and deciding how to win them over. You'll also need to shift our focus from affiliate-driven growth to relationship-based partnerships. This requires navigating ambiguity, pinpointing ideal partner profiles, and charting the path forward. Your ability to transform an affiliate-based model into a relationship-driven powerhouse will be crucial.
Success in this role demands a strong strategic mindset, with experience operating at scale. You should be comfortable managing complexity without losing focus, and able to navigate ambiguous situations. Metrics-driven thinking is also essential, with a deep understanding of revenue, customer growth, and adoption rates. Experience with diverse partner types – developers, solution partners, VARs, or integrators – is necessary, as well as the ability to spot opportunities and build trust with partners.
