In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You'll analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities, contact existing customers to schedule consultations, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets.

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, then develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on these findings.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  5. Pursue and meet KPIs and sales targets, driving business growth and success.
