We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling fertilizer and food analysis services in Poland (mainly) and Germany.
Main Responsibilities- Presentation, promotion, and sale of fertilizer and food analysis services.
- Conduct strategic analyses of current and potential clients to identify their needs.
- Develop personalized and actionable sales plans in coordination with the marketing department, aligned with the laboratory's capabilities.
- Keep the Commercial Management team informed of work planning, commercial activities, results, and objectives.
- Create special offers for key accounts based on client needs and laboratory capabilities.
- Plan and organize daily visits and commercial calls to current and potential clients using CRM tools.
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies to exceed sales objectives.
- Pursue and secure new clients within the Northern European territory.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to enhance visibility of services.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or scientific fields or extensive experience in the food safety sector.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills are essential; German is an asset.
- Willingness to travel around Poland and Germany.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the food safety sector, or strong scientific knowledge combined with a sales mindset.
- Familiarity with fertilizers and plant protection products is beneficial.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly presentations, and any CRM software.
- Experience working with targets and objectives.
- Gross annual salary: €28,000–€35,000 + performance-based bonuses.
- Permanent contract or freelance arrangement, depending on the candidate's preference.
- 100% remote and autonomous work environment.
