About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Krakow or Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take part in internal product meetings to stay up-to-date on product releases and marketing updates
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, including IT directors and managers, to create new opportunities for the sales team
  • Check marketing leads to ensure they meet certain criteria before passing them to sales reps
  • Meet monthly goals, such as converting leads to sales opportunities and generating leads
  • Participate in call-out days and events to stay updated on sales methods and customer buying behaviors

About You

  • You should have fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 and B2 respectively)
  • Experience in outbound calls is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and computer handling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
