Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, close deals - take action on all sales-related topics in the sales area
  • Manage and grow customer platform - enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential, and increase share-of-wallet
  • Foster Omnichannel sales steering - actively distribute contacts to alternative channels
  • Promote application-based selling and focus on high-potential customers for individual visits; prepare, plan, and post work of customer visits
  • Position Berner as a premium brand, leader in chemicals, and reliable business consultant
  • Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate terms & conditions, and manage margin
  • Evaluate data quality in systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) and adhere to tour plan/contact scheme
  • Analyze and influence sales area KPIs - first and foremost, sales/turnover across all channels
  • Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and ensure delivery of sales targets/budgets
